Lahug, Cebu City – To further strengthen their customer service relationship capabilities, the officers and personnel of the Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office VII, led by its Director, Narcival Randie Z. Taquiqui attended the Orientation on Republic Act No. 11032, or Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, last March 4, 2023, at the Ecotech, Lahug, Cebu City.

The orientation aimed to discuss the requirements of R.A. No. 11032, to promote integrity, accountability, and proper management of public affairs and public property, and to establish effective practices aimed at the prevention of graft and corruption in government.

Dir. Grace L. Hernandez, Director IV of ARTA Compliance, Monitoring and Evaluation Office, welcomed everyone to the orientation. Ms. Reymarie M. Allera, Officer III, and Atty. Cherry P. Llorad, Atty III/ OIC of the ARTA Regional Field Office No. 5. Discussed the rationale and salient features of the law mentioned above. The newly appointed Undersecretary Gerald Divinagracia also graced the event virtually.
